Privacy
As of 5 November 2026 · applies to aisthera.com · The German version is legally binding.
This statement applies to aisthera.com, the public website. The application at app.aisthera.com has its own statement: it has accounts, saved searches and delivery channels, this site has none of that.
Overview
This website sets no cookies. It loads nothing from third-party servers: the fonts are hosted in our own project, there are no maps, no videos and no social media buttons. We measure reach with Vercel Web Analytics (see “Audience measurement”).
The site shows no consent banner. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
Audience measurement
We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are read. The method sets no cookies, stores no IP address and creates no identifier that could recognise a visitor across visits. It counts the view, the page, the approximate country of origin and the device type, all aggregated. No personal data is created, so consent is not required; the processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Server logs
The site runs on Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Each request creates technically necessary log data there, including the IP address, date and time, the requested address and browser information. It serves the operation and security of the site. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a working website.
We have a data processing agreement with Vercel. Transfers to the USA are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses; Vercel is also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
If you book a call
The “Book a call” buttons lead to Calendly, a service of Calendly LLC, 115 E Main St, Ste A1B, Buford, GA 30518, USA. This site loads nothing from Calendly before you click. Only when you click does the Calendly booking window open on top of the page; technical data such as your IP address is then sent to Calendly, and Calendly may set cookies in the booking window. If you book a call there, Calendly processes the details you enter, such as name, email address and time, and passes them on to us so the call can take place. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Calendly is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Calendly’s own privacy notice applies to their page.
If you write to us
The address hallo@aisthera.com opens your email program. There is no form, so we collect nothing at this point: you decide what you write and whether you send it.
If you write to us, we process your details in order to reply. The mailbox is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enquiries about a contract, otherwise (f). We keep the correspondence as long as the matter requires and delete it afterwards, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
